Account Setup

Creating and setting up your account in Lleverage is the first step toward building powerful AI workflows. The platform offers multiple sign-in options and a guided onboarding experience to help you get started quickly.

How to Sign Up for Lleverage

  1. Visit the Lleverage website and click the sign-up or get started button

  2. You'll be presented with authentication options:

    • Enter your email to receive a verification code

    • Or select single sign-on with Google, Microsoft, or GitHub

  3. If using email verification:

    • Enter your first name, last name, and email address

    • Click "Send Code"

    • Check your email inbox (including spam folder) for the verification code

    • Enter the code to proceed

  4. If using single sign-on:

    • Click the preferred provider button (Google, Microsoft, or GitHub)

    • Complete the authentication process with the selected provider

    • You'll bypass the email verification step

💡 Single sign-on is the fastest way to create an account and provides additional security benefits.

How to Complete the Onboarding Process

  1. After authenticating, you'll enter the guided setup experience

  2. You'll be asked a series of questions to personalize your experience:

    • What company are you with?

    • What is your role at the company?

    • Your full name

    • Company name

    • Job title

    • Company website

  3. Answer each question to help Lleverage customize your experience

  4. You can click "Skip Setup" in the top right corner if you prefer to skip this process

💡 Providing accurate information during setup helps Lleverage tailor the experience to your needs and suggest appropriate workflow templates.

How to Navigate Your New Account

  1. After completing setup (or skipping it), you'll be taken directly to the workflow canvas

  2. A default project will be created for you automatically

  3. Your organization will be named after your company (if provided during setup)

  4. The workflow canvas allows you to start creating workflows immediately

  5. You can access your organization and project settings through the navigation panel

⚠️ By proceeding with account creation, you confirm that you agree to Lleverage's terms and conditions.

How to Join an Existing Organization

  1. If you've been invited to join an existing Lleverage organization:

  2. You'll receive an email invitation with a link

  3. Click the link in the email to accept the invitation

  4. Complete the authentication process (email code or single sign-on)

  5. You'll be added directly to the organization and projects you were invited to

  6. This bypasses the standard organization creation process

💡 When joining via invitation, you'll have immediate access to the projects and workflows shared with you.

How to Switch Between Organizations

  1. If you belong to multiple organizations:

  2. Click on your profile in the left navigation panel

  3. Select the organization icon at the top of the dropdown menu

  4. Choose the organization you want to switch to

  5. Your project view will update to show projects within the selected organization

💡 Each organization has its own set of projects, workflows, and team members.

Best Practices for Account Setup

  1. Use a business email address for better organization alignment

  2. Complete the onboarding questions for a more personalized experience

  3. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the verification code promptly

  4. Consider using single sign-on for enhanced security and convenience

  5. Take time to explore the default project to familiarize yourself with the platform

⚠️ Be sure to use an email address you have consistent access to, as important notifications and verifications will be sent there.
