Lleverage offers flexible subscription options to accommodate teams and organizations of all sizes. The platform provides three tiers - Free, Pro, and Enterprise - each designed to meet different usage needs and requirements.

How to Access Subscription Management
Navigate to the left-hand platform navigation panel
Click on your username at the bottom of the panel
Select "Organization Settings" from the dropdown menu
Click on the "Billing" tab
You'll see your current plan, usage statistics, and available options
💡 Only organization administrators have access to billing settings and the ability to change subscription plans.
How to View Current Usage
Go to Organization Settings → Billing
At the top of the Billing page, you'll see your current usage statistics:
Current period usage (e.g., 26/2500 workflow runs)
Percentage of quota used
Remaining executions
Current billing period dates (e.g., Apr 1, 2025 - Apr 30, 2025)
💡 Monitoring your usage helps you determine if your current plan meets your needs or if you should consider upgrading.
How to Upgrade Your Subscription
Go to Organization Settings → Billing
Review the available plans displayed on the page
Click on the "Upgrade" button for the Pro plan
Complete the payment details through the secure Stripe integration
Your subscription will be immediately upgraded, and the new quota will be available
⚠️ When upgrading, you'll be charged for the new plan immediately, with prorated amounts for mid-billing cycle changes.
How to Downgrade Your Subscription
Go to Organization Settings → Billing
Scroll down to the plan options
Locate the "Downgrade" option in the Free plan section
Follow the prompts to confirm your downgrade
Your plan will change at the end of the current billing cycle
⚠️ When downgrading, your current plan benefits remain until the end of the billing period, after which the new plan limits will apply.
How to Manage Payment Methods
Navigate to Organization Settings → Billing
Find the Payment Methods section
View your current payment methods
Add new payment methods as needed
Update existing payment information
Set a default payment method
