How to Access Subscription Management

From Organization Settings

  1. Navigate to the left-hand platform navigation panel

  2. Click on your username at the bottom of the panel

  3. Select "Organization Settings" from the dropdown menu

  4. Click on the "Billing" tab

  5. You'll see your current plan, usage statistics, and available options

From Workflow Canvas

  • In the top navigation of any workflow canvas, you'll see a bolt icon that displays your current run usage

  • Hovering over the bolt icon shows your remaining runs for the current billing period

💡 Only organization administrators have access to billing settings and the ability to change subscription plans.

How to View Current Usage

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing

  2. At the top of the Billing page, you'll see your current usage statistics:

    • Current period usage (e.g., 26/2500 workflow runs)

    • Percentage of quota used

    • Remaining executions

    • Current billing period dates

💡 Monitoring your usage helps you determine if your current plan meets your needs or if you should consider upgrading.

Usage Limits and Notifications

  • When you exceed your monthly run limit, the output panel will display a blocking notification

  • You'll need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan to continue

  • Billing cycles reset monthly - make sure to check back at the start of each month for renewed runs

⚠️ Once you've used all your runs, workflows will be blocked until the next billing cycle begins or you upgrade your plan.

Billing Frequency

How to Upgrade Your Subscription

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing

  2. Review the available plans displayed on the page

  3. Click on the "Upgrade" button for your desired plan

  4. Complete the payment details through the secure Stripe integration

  5. Your subscription will be immediately upgraded, and the new quota will be available

⚠️ When upgrading, you'll be charged for the new plan immediately, with prorated amounts for mid-billing cycle changes.

How to Downgrade Your Subscription

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing

  2. Scroll down to the plan options

  3. Locate the "Downgrade" option in the Free plan section

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your downgrade

  5. Your plan will change at the end of the current billing cycle

⚠️ When downgrading, your current plan benefits remain until the end of the billing period, after which the new plan limits will apply.

How to Manage Payment Methods

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings → Billing

  2. Find the Payment Methods section

  3. View your current payment methods

  4. Add new payment methods as needed

  5. Update existing payment information

  6. Set a default payment method
