Members

Lleverage works best when you collaborate with your team. You can invite teammates into your Organisation and assign them roles to control access and permissions. You now have the option to manage membership at both the Organisation and Project levels, giving you tighter control over who can access specific resources.

Roles in Lleverage

Lleverage supports two primary roles within an Organisation:

  • Admin: Admins have full access to manage the Organisation, including the ability to invite members, manage projects, and control connections and settings.

  • Member: Members can collaborate on projects and access workflows, prompts, and data, but they do not have administrative rights over the Organisation or its settings.

In addition to Organisation-wide roles, you can now assign roles at the Project level, enabling you to restrict or grant access to specific projects. This allows for more fine-grained control, ensuring that only the right people have access to sensitive data or workflows within individual projects.

Adding Members to a Project

To keep control over who can work on specific projects, you can invite members directly to a project. This ensures that users only have access to the resources and data relevant to the projects they are working on.

  • Project Admin: Similar to an Organisation Admin but with control limited to the specific project. They can manage workflows, prompts, connections, secrets, and other project-specific settings.

  • Project Member: Project members can contribute to workflows, prompts, and other resources within the project, but they do not have access to modify project settings or add new users.

Inviting Members

Members can sign up using their Google, Microsoft, or GitHub accounts, or through email with a magic link. You can also allow members with the same email domain to automatically join your Organisation for easier onboarding.

Account Settings

In the Settings menu, you can manage various aspects of your Lleverage account:

  • Profile: Update your name, profile picture, and contact information to keep your identity up to date.

  • Login: Manage your email and SSO settings to control how you access your account.

  • Organisations: Manage the organisations you belong to or create a new Organisation.
