Access to 2,000+ integration actions
Organized by provider popularity
Authentication handled securely through Lleverage
Optional properties for advanced configuration
Can be used as workflow triggers
Click on the "Add Action" button
Scroll to the bottom of the "All" tab or select the "External Apps" tab
Browse providers sorted by popularity
Click on a provider to see available actions
Select the desired action to add it to your workflow
💡 External Apps are sorted differently than other nodes - they're organized by provider first due to the large number of integrations available.
Select the External App node in your workflow
Click on "Add New Connection" in the configuration panel
Click "Continue" in the authentication modal
Complete any additional configuration options that appear
Check "Optional Properties" at the bottom of the configuration panel for additional settings
⚠️ Be mindful of your plan limits when using External Apps. Frequent calls to integrations might consume your workflow runs quickly, especially with scheduled triggers.
If you can't find an integration you need, you can request it in three ways:
Search for the action and click "Request Action" when no results appear
Go to User Settings → Request Feature
Speak with a support agent via the chat feature
💡 Enterprise customers may receive timeline estimates for requested integrations.
External Apps can also function as workflow triggers:
Add an Integration trigger to your workflow
Configure the authentication as you would with a regular External App node
Set up the trigger conditions based on the provider's available options
⚠️ When using External Apps as triggers, be especially careful with scheduled triggers as they may run automatically and consume your plan's workflow runs.
External App nodes follow the same general structure as other nodes in Lleverage:
Variable chip in the top left shows the output
Controls in the top right for expanding/collapsing
Authentication and configuration options in the main body
Optional properties section for advanced settings
