Form app

Form apps provide a clean, simple interface for users to interact with your workflow. They turn your workflow into a web-based form that anyone can use without needing to understand the technical details.

Creating a form app

When creating a form app, you'll work through four main sections: Configuration, Design, Content, and Output. Each section helps you customize how your app looks and behaves.

Configuration

In the Configuration tab, you can set up the basic details of your app:

The app name and description help users understand what your app does. Make these clear and descriptive as they'll be visible to users.

Access password is optional — if set, users will need to enter this password to use your app.

Design

The Design tab lets you customize your app's appearance:

Logo settings let you upload and configure your app's logo:

  • Upload any image format

  • Set the width

  • Choose the alignment

Button customization includes:

  • Button text and color

  • Background color

  • Text color

You can also enable or disable the watermark feature (available on paid tiers), which shows that the app was created with Lleverage.

Content

In the Content tab, you can customize the text that appears in your app:

  • Field title

  • Field labels

  • Help text

This helps make your app more intuitive and user-friendly.

You can select which version of your workflow to use with this app. Only one version can be associated with an app at a time.

The Form Fields section lets you customize how your workflow's input fields appear to users. You can override labels, add placeholders, and mark fields as required.

Output

The Output tab controls how your workflow's responses are displayed to users:

Display options include:

  • Display as text

  • Show as structured data

  • Format as a table

You can also set up response conditions to control what users see based on the workflow's output.

Publishing your app

Once you've configured your app, click "Publish App" to make it available. You'll get a unique URL that you can share with users. Remember that you can always update your app's configuration and republish it as needed.
