# Technical & support reference

Technical lookup material for runtime behaviour, security review, compatibility and support. Operational and administrative guidance lives elsewhere.

Use this section when you need technical lookup material rather than a product walkthrough.

The main documentation is organised by responsibility:

* **Run operations** for people doing the operational work;
* **Build and improve** for people configuring and improving execution;
* **Administer and govern** for access, rollout, security and organisational ownership.

This Reference section keeps lower-frequency technical and support material out of those everyday paths.

## Security and assurance

For an IT, procurement or security review, start with [Security and assurance](/administer-and-govern/security-and-assurance.md). That section separates what is configurable in the product from the broader evidence needed to approve a deployment.

The pages here do not act as certification evidence or contractual security documentation. Formal assurance material can change independently of the product docs and should be obtained through the current Lleverage security or procurement process.

## Runtime and troubleshooting

For an individual execution, use [Monitoring](/build-and-improve/monitoring.md) to inspect what Lleverage ran. For a practical problem-resolution path, see [Troubleshooting and Support](/reference/troubleshooting-and-support.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lleverage.ai/reference/technical-and-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
