Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM integration in Lleverage connects your workflows and agents to your CRM, so they can create and update records, keep customer data current, and react automatically when records change in Zoho.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Connections in your project

  2. Pick Zoho CRM from the list of apps

  3. Choose which actions the connection should allow and who should have access (shared or personal)

  4. Choose "Connect Now" and sign in with your Zoho account, or send an authentication link so a colleague can connect on your behalf

💡 Zoho CRM signs in with your Zoho account (OAuth): you approve access on Zoho's own sign-in screen rather than entering an API key.

What Zoho CRM Can Do

  • Records - create, update, upsert, retrieve, find, query, delete and merge records in any module (leads, contacts, deals and so on)

  • Related records - retrieve and update records related to another record

  • Notes and tags - add notes to records, and add or remove tags

  • Attachments - upload and download record attachments

  • Ownership and leads - change a record's owner and convert leads

  • Automation - enrol a record in a cadence and move a record through a blueprint stage

Triggers

Zoho CRM provides three triggers, so workflows can start automatically when:

  • A record is created

  • A record is updated

  • A record is deleted

Zoho notifies Lleverage when these events happen, so workflows start straight away.

💡 Use case: Enrich new leads the moment they are created, keep other systems in sync when records change, or alert the team when key records are deleted.

Important Considerations

  • The connected account's role and permissions in Zoho CRM determine what the integration can see and change

  • Record actions ask you to pick the module first, so the fields match your CRM's setup
