# Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive integration in Lleverage connects your workflows and agents to your OneDrive files, so they can store, retrieve and organise documents as part of your automated processes.

### How to Connect

1. **Go to Settings > Connections** in your project
2. **Pick Microsoft OneDrive** from the list of apps
3. **Choose which actions** the connection should allow and who should have access (shared or personal)
4. **Choose "Connect Now"** and sign in with Microsoft, or send an authentication link so a colleague can connect on your behalf

> 💡 If your Microsoft organisation requires administrator approval for new apps, the connect flow gives you an approval link to share with your Microsoft administrator.

### What Microsoft OneDrive Can Do

* **Files** - upload and download files, retrieve file details, and list or search the files in your drive
* **Organising** - copy, move, rename and delete files and folders, and create new folders
* **Sharing** - create sharing links for files and look up your drive's details

> 💡 **Use case**: Save generated documents to a known folder, fetch files for processing in a workflow, or share results with a link the rest of the team can open.

### Important Considerations

* The connection works with the signed-in account's OneDrive; shared files appear where that account can access them
* Files downloaded in a workflow become available to later steps, such as data extraction or email attachments

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lleverage.ai/external-apps-integration/microsoft-onedrive.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
